Buen hotel bien ubicado
El hotel está fuera de Burgos pero te presentas en coche, en el centro, en unos 15 minutos.
Tiene un parking grande y aunque te toque irte un poco lejos, siempre hay sitio.
Respecto a las habitaciones, muy bien. Funcionales y con todo lo deseable. Con una cama abierta no queda mucho sitio, pero al hotel sólo vinimos a dormir, así que no fue muy relevante.
El personal muy agradable.
El desayuno muy bien, tipo bufet, con bastante variedad.
En mi opinión, de los mejores de su categoría en los que he estado.

Hotel con buenos servicios
Nos dieron una habitación muy amplia, la cama era cómoda, el cuarto de baño estaba bien, el desayuno fue bueno, dispone de amplio parking en el exterior y su ubicación está en las afueras de Burgos, lo cual ya conocíamos antes de seleccionar el hotel.

Mejor calidad precio imposible
Gran hotel de carretera. Son encantadores y la comida muy razonable. La tostada del desayuno merece una parada! Habitaciones muy cómodas, más propia de un cuatro estrellas. Paro siempre que voy al Norte.

Muy recomendable
Estábamos de viaje. De paso. Buscamos por Internet un hotel donde hacer un alto en una etapa del viaje. Vimos una oferta que incluía el alojamiento, el desayuno, una tapa y por si ello no bastase, una botella de cava y todo ello por un precio inferior a 100 €.
El hotel se encuentra junto a la autovía y llegamos muy cansados después de todo un día de viaje.
Nos atendieron fantásticamente bien, en 10 minutos teníamos la botella de cava en la habitación, y además la tapa y la cena fue verdaderamente buena.
La habitación cómoda, limpia, amplia y silenciosa pese a estar muy próxima a la carretera.
El desayuno, que entraba en el precio del alojamiento del hotel, muy bueno, francamente muy por encima de lo normal en los hoteles de este tipo.
Hotel muy recomendable, al que sin duda volveremos caso de que pasemos y necesitamos descansar en la zona.

Excelente hotel por el personal tan amable, los jardines y admiten mascotas
Una grata sorpresa al encontrarnos con un hotel tan bien cuidado, limpio, bonito, con estatuas por todos los lados, vitrinas con fósiles y vasijas, con una decoración magnífica. La limpieza de las habitaciones magnífica siendo grandes, sin ruidos y muy buen colchón. Las almohadas son blandas. El baño algo antiguo.
Eso sí, lo mejor del hotel son sus trabajadoras y trabajadores con una calidad personal y profesional exquisita, de hecho, elegimos el hotel por la amabilidad y recomendaciones de la recepcionista. El desayuno buffet es buenísimo con gran variedad de alimentos pero, lo mejor del desayuno fue el respeto, buen trato y la amabilidad de MARY con un humor muy sano y consiguiendo que nuestro desayuno lo realizásemos con una sonrisa continua. ENHORABUENA al HCB!

Nous avons fait étape dans cet hôtel lors de notre trajet vers l’Andalousie.

Qualité des chambres et des sanitaires excellentes. La literie est très confortable et la douche très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très complet.
Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. Mention particulière pour le sourire de la dame du petit déjeuner.

Excellent petit déjeuner avec du sucré et salé équivalent d’un repas jambon cru, jambon cuit, saucisson, chorizo, oeufs, fromage, yogourts, croissants pains au chocolat tartes et bien d’autres bonnes choses super !!!!!

Parfait hotel pour les voyageurs accompagnés de chiens
Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 6 et nous ne pouvons qu’apprécier toutes les améliorations réalisées.
Tout d’abord un grand bravo et merci à l’ensemble du personnel, à l’accueil comme au restaurant, qui nous a accueilli en français. Nous parlons très peu espagnol et avons vraiment apprécié cet attention. Même le menu du restaurant nous a été proposé en français.
Et quel accueil pour nos chiens. Non seulement ils sont acceptés sans problème mais la chambre était préparée pour leur arrivée avec des matelas et des bols à eau et à nourriture. Nous voyageons dans toute l’Europe avec nos chiens et c’est la première fois que nous bénéficions d’une telle attention. Chapeau à cet Hotel !!
Le parking est vaste et très bien éclairé. Il y a un beau jardin où il est agréable de promener les chiens (oui, je sais encore eux 😉 )
Le dîner était incroyablement bon pour un tarif aussi raisonnable et le petit déjeuné très varié.
C’est sans aucune hésitation que nous retournerons dans cet hôtel si nous descendons à nouveau en Espagne.

Très satisfaits
Rien à redire, on était au cinquième étage dans une chambre rénovée (très propre et lit bébé mis à disposition pour notre petite fille) bon restaurant que ce soit pour le dîner ou le petit déjeuner. Et personnel très gentil et qui parle français.

Etape excellente
Tout est presque parfait Cet hotel au passage nous permet année après année de réaliser une étape dans notre voyage vers le Portugal. Très bon accueil, restaurant excellent,petit déjeuner de première qualité et les chambres maintenant rénovées encore plus confortable.Mention spéciale pour une personne très gentille côté restaurant. Nous lui demanderons son nom la prochaine fois pour mieux la désigner dans notre avis.

Étape à Burgos
Hôtel étape sur la route des vacances. Pas très loin de l’autoroute. Très bien insonorisé. Literie confortable. La décoration des salons ressemble à un musée. Le menu à 23 € est très convenable ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms very friendly people and it smells clean and nice all around! We had a Nice diner, menu of good Choice, large parking place. Good Breakfast and comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel.

Relieved to find this hotel.
We had had a long drive from s.w France ending in the darkness and desperate for a stopover but not having seen a single hotel near the motorway . We knew this hotel was in Rubena , so we took this exit and we could see it immediately and we were so relieved as we do not have satnav and what a lovely hotel it is. There was a lovely restful atmosphere with friendly professional staff, everything that you would wish for from a good value restaurant to crisp comfortable beds and a great breakfast selection. We will return on the way back and all future trips.

A great hotel with friendly staff
Whilst travelling between the UK and Spain we always have an overnight stay at the HCB. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the rooms are very comfortable cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The restaurant is superb and the breakfast is brilliant it really sets you are for a days driving. There is large car parking facility plus an underground car park and free WiFi is also available. An added bonus is that it is located only one minutes drive from the main motorway.Lastly the HCB is dog friendly and have special rooms available where they provide dog beds,mats and drinking bowls. A highly rated hotel for an overnight stop.

Excellent stay, highly recommended
We arrived quite late at night, after an extenuating long journey of eight hours on the road. The receptionist welcomed us with a nice smile, and even made conversation with my daughter about her ‘friends’ t-shirt, they’re both big fans! The room was spacious and clean to a high standard. We had a good night’s sleep and had the best breakfast in the morning. The selection of breakfast items was excellent, all very fresh and nicely presented. But the best was the nespresso coffee! Great value for money and in general nothing to fault.

Very recommendable Hotel in Burgos
We stayed here on our trip to Portugal during a short visit with friends in Burgos. The Hotel is partly renovated, very clean and tidy. Breakfast is fantastic and everyone at the Staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back next time we are in Burgos.

Great dog friendly hotel
Have stayed there twice now and will be staying again. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Quick room service at reasonable prices. Breakfast was good. Nice friendly atmosphere. Lovely gardens. And just one minute off the main motorway.

Nice clean good and convenient.
Great stay, Very nice place. A bit out of town but so nice and clean and well done. Food and drink in the cafe area was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Ample parking. Temp control fantastic. Bed a bit hard but ok. Right off the road for travellers.

Uma experiência formidável, o HCB HOTEL CIDADE DE BURGOS situa-se a poucos metros da auto-estrada e da N-1, em Rubena – Burgos, ou seja bem próximo a icónica Cidade de Burgos, com sua deslumbrante Catedral. O HCB é bem visível a quem passa nas suas proximidades. Tem uma relação qualidade / preço excepcional. Um bom espaço exterior para aparcar viaturas, mas lindamente ajardinado e decorado com estátuas lindas. No interior há uma enorme riqueza decorativa e histórica. Os quartos são maravilhosos, com luz, conforto e limpeza. O pequeno almoço bem reconfortante para recuperar energias pela manhã. Recomenda-se pela excelência.
