Here we will taste a comida típica castellanathen we will move on to the village of Covarrubias where we will be welcomed by its walls that are specially interesting, being one of the best exponents of popular Castilian architecture, It is worth looking at them in detail to contemplate the marvellous legacy which our ancestors have handed down us.
